The Spring 2008 issue of Search Marketing Standard has hit the news stands and PPCAdBuying’s David Rodnitzky once again has a featured article: “Is Your Money Green Enough for the Search Engines: The Importance of Good User Experiences.”
The article discuss the multitude of post-click factors that now impact your ability to show up on AdWords and other search engines. These factors include uptime, load time, customer service, and privacy policies, among others.
As David writes in the article: “In the past, it was enough for a search marketer to worry mainly about traffic and secondarily about site conversion. Today, ignoring any part of the conversion funnel puts your entire online advertising budget at peril.”
